A new hub by Premier Inn in the heart of the City
We want to hear your views on our vision for a high-quality and accessibly-priced hotel that will contribute to the vibrancy of Angel Court and the local area.
Our proposals will bring two redundant office buildings back into long-term use and deliver new jobs, footfall and vibrancy to the local area. A new hotel will also contribute to the City’s ambition to be a 24/7 location and align with the Corporation’s recently launched ‘Destination City’ vision.
In 2019 planning permission was granted for the full redevelopment of 9-11 Angel Court - these proposals sit within this context, with some modest but important changes.
