Case study: hub by Premier Inn London City Bank
hub by Premier Inn London City Bank is one of Whitbread’s most
central offerings, opening in 2019 to offer 61 rooms on St Swithins Lane
two minutes’ walk from Bank Underground station.
Developed by the in-house Whitbread team and owned by the business
freehold, it has seen a historic bank
building sensitively converted into a successful accessible hotel
offering, constrained by tight site access and the need to preserve the
building’s heritage façade.
We will look to apply the same expertise in these proposals for 9-11
